Shipping policy

We offer FREE Shipping (Standard UK) 

Any promotions and discounts will show at the checkout.

We aim to deliver your items within 5- 7 working days although please allow up to 14 working days for handmade items, personalised items and during busy periods. If in doubt you can email us at lottiesgiftsboutique-enquiries@outlook.com

Please note that Lotties Gifts Boutique is NOT responsible for any courier delays or items stolen

Please also note that once an order has been placed and ordered with our suppliers, it can not be cancelled by us.  If you no longer want the item you would need to return to us once received at the buyers cost and a full refund will be given once we receive it back with us.

🔴Tracking is sent via email
🔴Parcel recipients should rearrange deliveries if not going to be home
🔴 Couriers (except royal mail) are allowed to leave parcels with photo proof of you've failed to rearrange delivery and not home
🔴 WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE if parcels are stolen after tracking sent and recipient has not rearranged delivery if not home 

We currently only provide shipping to UK Mainland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight & Scottish Highlands at the standard shipping rate 

Orders outside of these areas can sometimes be accommodated. Please email us for a postage quote
