Troubleshooting tips for using the zapper

 1. The red button on the side must be held for the item to work and the light to stay green

2. The electric wires are between the outer plastic casing so the device will only zap a big one it goes through the gaps of the casing and hits the internal metal wires

3. The zapper will be working when the green light is on (come on when pressing the red button). A way to test this is dropping a staple between the plastic casing so it hits the metal wires and you will see a small spark.

4. If the above does not work please check batteries are in the correct way and that the green light is on when you press the red button on the side
